How is TrafoStar copy protected?
The FREE Version has no protection, just run the Setup and start using TrafoStar.
The PRO and PRO-Extended Versions do have a copy protection code. This code is generated once you go to the menu “Get TrafoStar”. The code is a specific and only for your computer valid code. Send this code to info@TrafoStar.com. Once your payment is received you get the Licence-Code, which you enter in the menu “Get TrafoStar” and you are ready to use TrafoStar.
What happens if I get a new Computer?
You must deinstall TrafoStar on the old computer. Install TrafoStar on the new computer and send the new code to info@TrafoStar.com. Please state in your mail, the old version on the other computer is deinstalled.
You will receive a new code.
For your first computer change after installing TrafoStar there is no minimum period of time to go by. Just request the new code with the statement of deinstallation and you will get it.
For the next case of changing computers you can get a new code maximum after 3 years. This period is the normal period in which computers are replaced.
Company Licence
By an order of 10 Licences of TrafoStar you can get 25 codes. For computer changes the same rules as stated above are valid.
